Helsinki is 8 hours ahead of Chicago. So 11 a.m. Chicago time is 7 p.m. Helsinki time on the same day, and 11 a.m. Helsinki time is 3 a.m. Chicago time on the same day.
You can just type “time helsinki” or “time chicago” (or any city) into a search engine like Yahoo or Google, and it will give you the current local time at the top of the page.
