    In one respect,, during that era,,, there was a HUGE migration of African Americans from the deep South following up the Mississippi settling in Chicago for jobs.

    Chicago became the new home of the blues in this era which has everything to do with the Af. Am. culture from down south collecting in Chicago…….. It was an exciting electric city full of new-comers bringing their unique cultures from different places into one place,,,, and a new unique culture was born in this city during that era…..
